This year, the Sisters went to Sacramento and stayed at the Embassy Suites Sacramento Riverfront. Kathy just had foot surgery and was walking slow in a boot. Ginger just had cataract surgery and had to use eye drops 4x day. After a month of drought, much needed rain fell. COVID-19 virus was starting to spread and many things like museums were closed. Ginger brought personalized jumbo coffee mugs for everyone. Each sister got an extra mug to use everyday at home and Renee will keep the sister weekend copy at her house.

Renee picked up Julia from middle school with Ginger, Kathy and Shelly
Stopped at Burger King to buy Impossible Burger for Julia (no meat for Lent)
Ginger and Kathy had lunch at Panda Express
Renee drove to Sacramento with Ginger, Shelly and Kathy and all our luggage
Checked into Embassy Suites, got free upgrade to river view rooms
