Ginger and Karen had a pre-coronation brunch with Barbara and Edie with quiche and scones from the Celtic Tea Shoppe. The quiche was based upon the official recipe released by the Royal Family in April 2023, featuring fresh spinach, broad beans, tarragon and cheddar cheese. Ginger and Karen picked up the order and brought it to Barbara and Edie's house, where they had the table set and the tea water ready!
