Emil and Loretta Wolnik built this building at 78 Broadway, Des Plaines, Illinois, in 1956. The downstairs was for their TV repair business, which they named Cumberland TV, after the nearby Cumberland traffic circle. Upstairs was a 3 bedroom, one bath apartment where they lived. Downstairs behind the store was a 3 room apartment for Loretta's mother, Marie Cook.
